Spring festivities

We are having gorgeous weather in the northwoods! With the recent rain we've had most of the snow is gone and grass is appearing everywhere! Some of the lakes are opening up around edges which is a sure sign of spring! We will likely get our late March snowstorm but the precipitation is needed and will likely melt in time for Easter.
Last weekend was a lively one in Siren with the St. Patrick's Day parade; the town had a great turn out! This coming weekend is going to be the Webb Lake parade for St. Patrick's Day and there is always a lot of people that go and enjoy themselves and take in the festive atmosphere!
